[Product Protection] Can I cancel my product Protection Service and get a refund?

Yes, all Product Protection services come with a 30-day Cooling-Off Period. Users can cancel Product Protection directly within the Shopee App after the order is paid and up to 30 days after the order is delivered. 

⚠️Note:
For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation will only be available after the order is delivered.

Follow the steps below to request a cancellation:

Step 1: On Order Details page, click on the Product Protection Service
Step 2: At the Service Program Details Page, click “Cancel Service Program” to request cancellation.
Step 3: Confirm cancellation
Step 4: Choose cancellation reason
Step 5: View your cancellation status here
 
After the 30-day Cooling-Off Period, if you wish to cancel your Product Protection Service (except Cracked Screen Protection), please contact Shopee Customer Service.

⚠️ Note:
a. All cancellation requests will be submitted to the respective Service Provider and are subject to their approval.
b. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days, provided the recipient account details are correct. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please refer to the Service Program Cancellation Details page for the latest update.
