[Return Refund] What can I do if I don't get my refund for a ShopeePay transaction?

Contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page if you didn’t receive your refund for your ShopeePay transactions (online or offline). Please provide your ShopeePay Order SN for us to check.
💡 Tip: Find the Order SN by selecting your transaction under ‘Last Transaction’ section.
How long do I have to wait for my ShopeePay refund?
Normally, refunds will be credited to your ShopeePay wallet within 24 hours. Contact us if you don’t receive the refund for your transaction after this time frame.
💡 Tip: Once the refund is processed, you can see it in the 'Last Transactions' list on the ShopeePay page
