If you didn’t receive your refund after a ShopeePay transaction (online or offline), don’t worry — let’s walk you through how to check and resolve this.
Refunds usually appear in your ShopeePay wallet within 24 hours. This applies to both online and offline transactions.
Follow these steps:
Go to the ShopeePay tab in your app
Tap “Last Transactions”
Look for the refund entry.
✅ If it appears, the refund was successful.
❌ If not, continue to Step 3.
You can find the Order SN by:
Opening the transaction in your ShopeePay history
Copying the Order SN code
If there’s no refund after 24 hours:
Check that you didn’t use a voucher or cashback, as these may refund differently.
Check if the payment failed or was cancelled — refunds only apply to successful charges.
