[ShopeeFood Merchant] What to do if an item is out of stock after receiving an order?

If an ordered menu item becomes out of stock after the order is placed by buyer, don’t worry!
You may contact the buyer and check if they are willing to replace the item with another one of similar price and portion.

However, do take note that:

  • Order changes will not be reflected on the order page.
  • No price adjustments can be made.
  • Always ensure the buyer agrees to the change before proceeding.
 
If the buyer does not agree to a replacement, kindly remind them to raise a refund request with ShopeeFood Customer Service for the unavailable item.

⚠️ Reminder: To prevent such situations, please decline the order upfront if any of the ordered items are unavailable.
