To report a user, you can do so via Chat or the shop page. You can report users if you think they are engaging in inappropriate behaviour, such as:
1) Prohibited item
Products that are not allowed on Shopee due to local regulations or Shopee's Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy
2) Scam
Fraudulent practices, such as receiving items different from what was listed or deceptive offers.
3) Counterfeit
Non-authentic products with suspicious pricing or quality.
4) Offensive chat messages/images/videos
Messages or media containing offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content, including hate speech or discrimination.
5) Directing transaction outside of Shopee
Encouraging transactions outside Shopee, violating Shopee's Terms of Service.
6) Data privacy violation
Misuse or unauthorized sharing of your personal information.
7) Posting pornographic, obscene, and vulgar content
Uploading explicit or vulgar images, videos, or descriptions that violate Shopee's guidelines.
8) Fail multiple COD orders

9) Place multiple fake orders
*Applicable to sellers only
10) Others
Issues or violations not categorized under the listed reasons but still against Shopee's policies, including misuse of platform features or unexplained anomalies.

Note: Shopee will exercise discretion in determining both the outcomes and the course of the investigation.
Select the Chat icon > select the relevant chat > more options icon > Report this user.
Go to the seller's shop page > more options icon > Report this user.
