Commencing on the 19th of August 2024, Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) will be available for East Malaysia as well.

 

Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) is a newly introduced, more economical delivery option for the purchase of items weighing less than 2kg. Your parcel will be delivered directly in/at your letterbox.

 

⚠️ Note

 

  • As this shipping option is economy-based, please note that it will have a slightly longer delivery time compared to the standard Doorstep Delivery.

 

1. What are the size and weight limitations for Economy Delivery (Mail Drop)?

 

Max. Weight: Max 2kg per parcel

Max. Size: 25cm (width) x 35cm (length) x 5cm (height) per parcel

 

2. What is the shipping rate for Economy Delivery (Mail Drop)?

 

The Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) option is available at a flat rate of RM3.60 compared to the Doorstep Delivery rate of RM4.90.

 

3. What is the coverage area for Economy Delivery (Mail Drop)?

 

This option is currently available in West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

 

4. How do I know if my order is eligible for Economy Delivery (Mail Drop)?

 

The shipping option for Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) will be displayed on the product details page or checkout page if your area/ product of delivery is eligible.

5. When will I receive my parcel using Economy Delivery (Mail Drop)?

 

You should receive your parcel within 2-5 working days.

 

6. How to choose Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) as a shipping option?

Step 1: Click on Shipping Option to display delivery options 

Step 2: Select Economy Delivery (Mail Drop)

Step 3: Click on Place Order

   

7. How will I be notified if my parcel has arrived?

 

You will receive a push notification post-delivery.

 

8. Can I track the progress of my delivery?

 

Yes, you can track your parcel delivery progress by following the steps below:

 

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Select an order under My Purchases 

Step 3: Track your parcel delivery progress

 

9. What will happen if my parcel does not fit in the letterbox or if my letterbox is full?

 

You will receive a collection card provided by the delivery personnel to collect your parcel from the post office.

 

⚠️ Note

 

  • You are given 7 working days to collect your parcel from the post office.

 

10. What will happen if I fail to collect my parcel after 7 working days?

 

The parcel will be returned to the seller and your order refund will be issued to you.

 

11. How does Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) Work for Apartments or high-rise buildings?

 

For apartments or high-rise buildings, the Economy Delivery (Mail Drop) parcels will be delivered in/at your letterbox.

 

12. What should I do if my product is incomplete/wrong/damaged/faulty upon receiving the parcel?

 

You may raise a Return/Refund Request and select the appropriate return reason via the Shopee app.
