[New to Shopee] What payment options does Shopee support?

Shopee supports a total of 10
payment options:

  1. Cash Payment at Convenience Stores
  2. Cash-on-delivery (COD)
  3. Credit / Debit Cards
  4. Maybank2u
  5. Online Banking
  6. ShopeePay

  10. Apple Pay

 

1. Cash Payment at Convenience Stores

Order payments can be made through 7-Eleven and KK Mart across Malaysia. For more information, please have a look at "How to pay with Cash Payment at 7-Eleven?" and "How to pay via Cash Payment at KK Mart?".You can only make payments at these convenience store outlets if the payment amount is between RM1.10 and RM1,500.

 

2. Cash-on-delivery (COD)

Pay for your orders in cash when they are delivered to your doorstep by selecting 'Cash on Delivery' during checkout.

3. Credit / Debit Cards

4. Maybank2u

Transact seamlessly without logging into your Maybank2u account over and over again by setting up a link with us!

5. Online Banking

Orders can be paid via CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u and etc and get updated within minutes for fast and secure payment service. To read more, click "How do I make a payment for "Online Banking" option".

 

6. ShopeePay

ShopeePay is a digital wallet within the Shopee App. Use it to pay for both online and offline purchases once you’ve set up a ShopeePay account and topped up your balance.

 

7. Installment Plan

An installment plan payment method can only be made with Maybank / Public Bank / CIMB credit card with a combined checkout of more than RM500 with eligible sellers.

8. SPayLater

Payment service that allows you to consolidate your purchases on Shopee on a monthly basis. Option to spread out repayment to 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months (6 months & 12 months for selected users only) with a small processing fee of 1.5% per month of the total order amount.

9. Google Pay

You can also make payments via Google Pay. Google Pay will require buyers to link their debit or credit card to their own Google Account.

 

For refunds, the payment that is made through Google Pay will be refunded to the respective card within 3 to 5 working days if the refund request is successful.

10. Apple Pay

Transact easily and securely with Apple Pay! To checkout on Shopee with Apple Pay, buyers have to set up their Apple Pay by adding a credit or debit card to the Wallet app on their iPhone, Apple Watch, or another compatible device.

 

For refunds, the payment that is made through Apple Pay will be refunded to the respective card within 3 to 5 working days if the refund request is successful.

Kindly note that Touch n' Go and Boost e-wallets are currently not supported by Shopee.
