The Shopee Mall Milk Formula Guarantee only covers milk formula products ("Products") which are listed on Shopee Mall Malaysia with the following guarantee seal ("Guarantee Seal") in the listings.

The Shopee Mall Milk Formula Guarantee provides that:

1. The Products in the listings are 100% authentic. 

• Product Authenticity is covered by Shopee Mall 100% Authentic Product Policy
• Eligible refund requests can be raised by following the Shopee Mall Refunds and Return Policy 

2. The Products listed by the Mall Sellers must have at least 6 months to expiry.

• If a product has less than 6 months to the expiry date from the date of first attempted delivery of the Product to the buyer, the buyer must raise a refund request for a full refund on the product purchased following the Shopee Mall Refunds and Return Policy, 
• Note: Refunds and Return Policy will be voided if the order has been completed. 
• Buyers will need to upload photos of the expiry date on the Product in the refund request raised in the Shopee App or the Shopee website. 

3. The Shopee Mall Milk Formula Guarantee does not cover:

• Products without the Guarantee Seal; or
• Products from any Shopee Marketplace Sellers

4. Shopee reserves the right to deny claims that do not fulfill the conditions of the terms of the Shopee Mall Milk Formula Guarantee.

5. The Shopee Mall Milk Formula Guarantee is in addition to the general Refunds and Return Policy described in the Shopee Mall Terms of Service. If there is any inconsistency, the Refunds and Return Policy described in the Shopee Mall Terms of Service will prevail in respect of Mall Items.
