Please note, that once a buyer submits a rating or comment, merchants will not be able to remove / delete / hide / edit the rating or comment and it will remain visible for all visitors to your ShopeeFood store.  

However, if you come across an inappropriate rating or comment on your ShopeeFood store, please raise a report to us by contacting ShopeeFood Customer Service via chat to report the issue.

 Do take note that the consideration to remove a rating or comment is determined by the ShopeeFood Team upon validation based on valid proof submitted by the merchant.
